Apartments are located in the bay of Artatore situated in the southern part of the island Losinj, 7 km from the town of Mali Losinj, and represents one of the most beautiful bays on the island. The dense pine forests, the island vegetation, clean air and crystal clear sea are the main features of this quiet and peaceful bay.

The island of Losinj is a developed tourist center with a long tradition of private and hotel accommodation. Its residents and tourist operators are known for their courtesy and professional traits that are rooted in the very beginning of tourism, which date back to 1880. year.

TIt is one of the sunniest places in Europe with 2600 hours annually of sun. Has no long rainy period because usually it rains in showers with almost no snow during winter times. Coast of the island is well divorced with duration of 545 km. The cost contains 4 main islands, 14 small islands and a large number of reefs. The coastline has larger and smaller bays with sand or pebble beaches. Beaches naturally have smooth but rugged rocks and can be accessed by walking trails that lead through the old pine forests, hedges and olive groves with frequent panoramic view on the islands of Losinj and its archipelago.
